Job scope:

• Responsible for Full sets of account (GL/AP/AR/Bank/Petty Cash and etc)
• To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB)
• Maintain monthly cash book, bank reconciliation and collection reconciliation.
• Perform a month-end-closing and preparation reports.
• Process payment for suppliers/customers.
• Preparation of audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
• Process staff claim, and other general admin support.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment and duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job scope:

• Responsible to handle full & partial set of accounts/corporate secretarial matters for corporate clients
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly or annual reports
• Liaise with corporate clients and auditor
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma/ LCCI/ CAT/ SPM/ UEC
• 2 Years relevant experience
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and accounting/secretary software
• Required languages: English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
