Mesra Logistic (Southern) Sdn Bhd was incorporated as logistics services in Johor in April 2005, as a branch to Mesra Logistics Sdn Bhd which was established in the year 2001, in Kuala Lumpur. Later, in the same year, Mesra Logistic (Southern) Sdn Bhd detached from its parent company to be its own entity.
